The Ceremony

Arrive by 2:30PM for loading the gondola. Ceremony begins at 3PM.

Mt. Werner Circle, Steamboat Springs, CO

Join us for an outdoor, mountain-top ceremony. Guests will arrive early to board the gondola for a 10 min., scenic ride up to mid-mountain.

Please arrive by 2:30PM to the base of the mountain. All guests will need to load up the gondola to reach the ceremony site. The ceremony will begin at 3PM.
Depending on your lodging, guests can drive, take the free bus, walk, or even bike to the base area of Steamboat Ski Resort. We recommend the bus, as it has stops directly adjacent to the ski area and reception venue.
Guests will be able to park in the Gondola Square Parking Garage (labeled P1 on the map below) discounted at a rate of $5.

First, find a parking spot then go to the parking kiosk, enter your license plate number, find the name of the event in the product list (you may need to select option 5 to see additional products), then enter the access code: 2298
The access code will be valid for parking all day. There is only a 30 minute grace period after the camera scans your license plate upon entering the garage before a citation is issued. If you are parked outside of this time frame you will be subject to a parking ticket. If you do not follow the above procedure you are subject to a parking ticket.
Additional free parking will be located at the Knoll Lot, labeled as P3 in the map.
The dress code is semi-formal to cocktail attire. The ceremony will be short, but will be outdoors at 9,000 ft. and will require a short walk on grass and gravel, so please plan accordingly.

Cocktail hour: 4:30 - 5:30PM, reception to follow until 9PM.

Following the ceremony, join us for a cocktail hour proceeded by family style dinner, and dancing at our indoor/outdoor reception venue.

Plan on heading to the reception directly following the ceremony. We’ll kick things off with a cocktail hour and light bites. Then, expect a seated family style dinner and dancing. It’ll be a fairly early night, as we have the venue until 9PM.
From the ceremony, the free bus’ main line will drop you off within feet of the venue. Alternatively, guests can drive (about 10 minutes), or bike if you’re craving some extra fun.
Street parking is available downtown. Alternatively, guests can park a Howelsen Hill or the Library and walk a few blocks.
The dress code is the same, but feel free to wear comfy shoes (there’s rumors that Rachel & Mac will be wearing sneakers). The venue has a patio with heaters, but evenings get cool in the 40s-50s, so an extra layer is a good idea.
